Which of your Silent Hill costumes is your personal favorite?
I really can't pick one. I like them all so much. Its a tie between Dahlia, Demon Nurse and Robbie (Ginjika)... which is pretty much all my costumes minus Siam (Which I love as well, but is kinda a pain to wear so its not as easy to favorite at the others)

Why did you decide to make the costumes?
I decided to make Dahlia because there was not much love for the mother of the Silent Hill series and because I like cosplaying crazy people and I like doing make-up (for the old age).
I wanted to cosplay the Demon Nurse because they are my absolute favorite monster and because of the gore make-up. And I cosplayed Robbie because a long time ago a friend said
I should make a cute outfit, and that was my alternative to cute.

How long did it take to finish it and how difficult was it?
Dahlia took about two months, but that was only because I was very particular of what fabrics and textures to use. She wasn't very difficult to put together. Demon Nurse took about threeweeks actually, well the 2nd version did because I knew exactly how I wanted to make it. It wasn't that difficult as well.

Was there any particular thing about the costume that was a bigger challenge?
For my Demon Nurse it was getting all the little touches. Long in the front, difference in trim/collar color, 2 hours of make-up to make me look as dirty on the skin as the in game nurses. Probably the make-up is the biggest challenge... because it takes patience. Dahlia's biggest challenge was trim. I could either make my own trim, which would take FOREVER or find trim similar. OMG THANK GOD I FOUND SIMILAR!

Anything else you think is needed to be said about the costume?
Overall, I would say Silent Hill costumes are my favorite costumes. I hope to make a ton more before I become "too old" to cosplay. When I'm 50!
